New Delhi, 05th May, 2021: The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC India, viewing the unprecedented situation across the country due the second wave of COVID-19 and taking into consideration the ground reports relating to human rights violation, issued the Advisory 2.0 on Right to Health, which may be read and implemented in conjunction with the earlier released ‘Human Rights Advisory in context of COVID-19 issued by the Commission on 28th September, 2020.
